Building resilient athletes for sport and life.
Who We Are
-
Reset Indy brings mental performance training to athletes wherever they compete. We partner with school sports teams to build programming into an athletic season, work with private and club teams to deliver the same framework outside the school system, and run small athlete groups for athletes from any team or sport. For programs that want to lead the work themselves, our Coach Framework gives coaches a ready-to-run curriculum — no clinical background required. Every format is built on the same evidence-informed foundation, tailored to the setting.
-
Develop the mental, emotional, and performance skills athletes need to thrive on and off the field.
-
Reset Indy began with a simple realization: the biggest barrier to success wasn't talent—it was having the mental tools to handle pressure, setbacks, and competition. As a licensed therapist, Molly Biggs saw this gap time and again in young athletes. She created Reset Indy to change that.
Because when athletes strengthen their minds alongside their bodies, they're prepared to thrive - in sport and in life.
-
Molly Biggs is a fully licensed therapist (LCSW) and the founder of Reset Indy. She earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her master's degree from Indiana University, with a clinical focus on teen and adolescent mental health.
With a passion for youth development, mental performance, and athlete well-being, Molly recognized that athletic success extends beyond physical preparation. Athletes often face challenges related to confidence, stress, identity, relationships, and adversity that directly influence both performance and well-being.
Through Reset Indy, Molly works with athletes, coaches, schools, and organizations to develop practical strategies that strengthen emotional regulation, confidence, connection, resilience, and performance — helping athletes become stronger competitors, healthier individuals, and more confident leaders.
